Minecraft® Modding Masters

5/28- 5/31 (4 Days)

$239

Designed for Ninjas ages 7+ who are experienced Minecraft® players, this Camp teaches Ninjas how to become game experience masters through customizations ranging from tools to weapons, enemies, and more. By the end of this Camp, Ninjas will be able to export their mods using Minecraft® Java Edition for their friends and family to enjoy at home.

Roblox® World Creators

Camp 1: 6/3 - 6/7 | Camp 2: 7/29 - 8/2

Designed for Ninjas ages 7+ who are new and experienced Roblox® players, this Camp teaches Ninjas how to build and explore new worlds. Ninjas will program and create their own 3D Worlds to share with the Roblox® community locally and globally.

Dojo 3D Design

6/10 - 6/14

This Camp uses TinkerCAD to teach Ninjas how to code, design, and print their own models. Ninjas in this Camp can explore their creative skills, creating custom models from working bubble wands to cell phone stands and more! Ninjas will spend the week designing and printing models to fill their 3D Dojo with wonderful creations.

Minecraft® Mastery: Redstone Realm

Camp 1:6/17 - 6/21 | Camp 2: 8/5 - 8/9

Designed for Ninjas ages 7+ who are expert Minecraft® players, this Camp teaches Ninjas how to work with Redstone, the engineering block in Minecraft®. Redstone is used to automate a wide variety of features from farming and mining to flight simulation. Ninjas will learn the ins and outs of using Redstone to achieve the ultimate level of Minecraft® mastery, enhancing their knowledge of automationin game design overall.

Future Minds: AI Academy

6/24- 6/28

As Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes more present in every aspect of life, it is critical that our children have the tools and understanding to operate in this future world. This Camp is designed for Ninjas ages 7+ to learn about the fundamentals of AI development and application through a variety of activities in coding, games, and robotics. Ninjas will use their growing knowledge of AI to develop their own creations.

Adventures In Game Design

7/1 - 7/3 (3 Days)

Ninjas will explore different programming concepts as they create various games inspired by Breakout, Snake, Flappy Bird, and more using a block-based programming language called Scratch—a kid-friendly, visual programming environment developed by MIT. Our team will introduce basic game design and programming concepts like loops, functions, and even video detection to create their own games.

Become a YouTuber

7/8- 7/12

Ninjas will create and customize their own YouTube content. Ninjas will design unique channel art, profile pictures, and video thumbnails. They will also be guided through how to record, edit, and upload videos. Throughout camp, Ninjas will analyze popular YouTube videos and learn about copyrights and fair use to give them what it takes to become a YouTuber!

Ninja Robotics with LEGO®

7/15 - 7/19

Designed for Ninjas ages 7+, this Camp will challenge Ninjas to use LEGO® Spike Prime robotics kits to design and build their own robots, ranging from a charging rhino to a dancing troupe. Ninjas will learn and apply the fundamentals of sensors, motors, and coding to construct their own wild creations!

Code Your Own Arcade

7/22 - 7/26

Ninjas will create retro-style arcade games with Microsoft MakeCode Arcade. Throughout the camp, Ninjas combine the power of coding with game design to enhance their programming skills and develop games inspired by classic platformers, adventure games, and more! At the end of the camp, they will bring their games to life on handheld gaming devices to play and share with friends.

FAQs

Q: Do I need to provide anything for my child to attend camp?
A: Please bring a nut-free lunch and a water bottle. All needed equipment will be provided, please do not bring your own (Tablets, laptops, etc.). If the activity requires an account or sign-on, we will provide house account to use.

Q: Is lunch included?
A: No, please pack them a nut-free lunch and a water bottle. The one exception will be Fridays - we will provide pizza! They will have a lunch break between 12pm to 12:45pm.

Q: What is a typical day at camp look like?
A: Curriculum is run throughout the day with a lunch break from 12pm to 12:45pm. There are small brain-breaks in-between activities.

Q: When can I drop-off/pick-up?
A: We offer a complimentary early drop-off/late pick-up of 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Q: My child is a neuro-divergent learner, can you accommodate them?
A: YES! Although our staff does not have specialized training for neuro-divergent learners, we do provide specific training on how to engage with the neuro-divergent children, to ask parents for input, and in rare situations, if a child is having a tough time, we will not hesitate to contact a parent to seek their advice or have them be picked up early. We are happy to have your child come in to our Dojo ahead of camp season, to try a free coding session to see how comfortable they feel in our environment. Our goal is to be inclusive, accepting, and supportive in every way we can so all kids may experience the joy of camp!

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Camps are 100% transferable between one week long summer camp to another one week long summer camp. If canceled more than 7 days prior to the camp start date, we will issue a full refund minus a $35 dollar administrative fee. If cancelled within 7 days of the camp start date, 50% of the total camp cost will be refunded.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes. We offer a sibling discount of 10% the second child. We also offer a 10% discount for service members, first responders, and teachers. Discounts do not stack. Please reach out to us for details.
